I’m Charles Junior Castillo, MS and I’m an Exercise Physiologist.

I work with individuals regardless of age, ability, and condition. I am also an instructor in the Kinesiology Department at Holy Names University and San Francisco State University.

My experience includes working in the Black Forest region of Germany as a Physiotherapist and Sport Scientist. I provided Sports & Conditioning Programs for soccer players and did hands-on work in manual therapy and cardiac rehabilitation.

In addition, I have been a Master Trainer and Fitness Manager in multiple gyms. I hold a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University and have been working in my field for 8+ years.

Fun fact: I am also a proud father of Pacha und Klaus, my twin German Shepherds.
