Rehabilitation

This service is offered to individuals with injuries, post operation, metabolic disease, cardiac disease, and bone or muscle disease. In a fun, comfortable environment, we will use positive reinforcement to build confidence and achieve goals. We will combine specific manual therapy and exercises to rehabilitate certain aspects of your injury or disease. You will be guided through a specific exercise regimen and I will clear you for strength and conditioning programs.

Methods & Techniques

I practice with a range of different techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, voodoo flossing, post excitation release stretch, kinesiology testing/taping, high velocity low amplitude, joint mobility, manual lymphatic drainage, rehabilitation exercises, and modalities.


Strength & Conditioning

This service’s sole focus is performance, weight loss, nutrition, and strengthening. We will conduct a series of testing to assess your strength, stamina, flexibility, and body index. A long-term goal will be discussed, followed by monthly and weekly goals. We will focus on the weak outliers within your body to optimize performance.

Methods & Techniques

I concentrate on bodyweight, functional, free-weight, high intensity interval training, agility, and Olympic Lifting training. Nutrition will be analyzed thoroughly with either a food journal, calorie counting, macros & micros, and/or intermittent fasting. Every individual is different, but consistency is key.


Hourly Health Consultation

This consultation is offered to anyone seeking guidance in health wellness, nutrition, metabolic disease management, injuries, and fitness. This is a step-by-step process in building a plan, setting, and managing your goals.

Methods & Techniques

  1. Introduction: We will get to know one another, go over your medical history and build a rapport.

  2. Set Goals: We will set goals that are specific, achievable, measurable, relevant, and timely.

  3. Education: I’ll teach you how to reach your goals through disease management, nutrition, and a fitness plan.

  4. Establish a Plan: We will build a plan that is realistic and shows you the step-by-step process in how to achieve your goals.

  5. Assessing: We will conduct a fitness assessment to assess your fitness level.
