After back surgery, I had been to a dozen places and nobody could help me. Then I went to see Charlie. A friend who'd had knee surgery recommended him. Eventually my friend and I were able to do [exercises] neither of us thought we would ever be able to do again.
Charlie is very knowledgeable and down-to-earth. He explains which muscles are being used in each exercise and why. He’s helped me better understand my body mechanics in relation to my curved spine.
Charlie created a workout plan to initially strengthen my back and core. I am happy and relieved to say that I have had no further back issues since then.
